Returns and Withdrawal

1. Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies.

2. Condition of returned goods

Returned goods must be in good condition. The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Exceptions

The withdrawal right may not apply to made-to-order, personalised, or clearly custom-made items.

4. How to start a return

Please contact Bohokass by email and include the order number, product name, and a short explanation.

5. Refund timing

After the returned goods have been received, or return shipment has been proven, the refund is processed within the legally applicable timeframe.
