Main ordering, payment, delivery, and return terms for the Bohokass webshop.
1. General terms
By submitting an order in the Bohokass webshop, the customer agrees to these terms. Orders can be placed without creating an account, provided that all required details are entered correctly.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros. Bohokass is not VAT liable and VAT is not added. Payment is currently made by bank transfer. After order submission, payment instructions are shown to the customer.
3. Order processing
The customer must provide correct contact and delivery details. Bohokass may contact the customer to confirm product availability, clarify the order, or agree on delivery details.
4. Delivery
Available delivery methods, prices, and destinations are described on the “Delivery” page and shown during checkout. Delivery time depends on product readiness, the selected shipping method, and destination country.
5. Returns and complaints
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The main terms are described on the “Returns” page. If a product has a defect, please contact Bohokass by email and include the order number and a short explanation.
6. Liability
Bohokass is not liable for delays or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, force majeure, or disruptions caused by third-party services.
